If you bike isn't performing as it should then it might need to be examined by our expert mechanic for adjustments and/or repair. Sometimes a simple 10-minute examination and adjustment is all it takes to get your bike running smoothly again and it could be a minimal cost to sort the problem out. Other than that, you might consider the more thorough servicing options we at totally spoked provide.

Even if you are only using your bike occasionally it will still need to be serviced regularly to ensure that it continues to perform when you need it to.

We offer the following service options

  • Standard Service - $79
  • Super Service - $129
  • Bottom Bracket Service - $30 + parts
  • Head Set Service - $30 + parts
  • Fit Brakes - $20 each + parts
  • Tyre and/or Tube Fitting - $5 front wheel, $10 for the rear wheel + parts
  • Fitting of Wheel Bearings and Axle - $20
  • Computer Programming and Fitting - $20 (only on computers purchased from totally spoked)
  • New Cable Fitting: Brake - $10 each, Gear - $15 each + parts
  • Bike wash - $20
  • Bike wash including cassette and chain removal, degrease and re-lubrication) - $40
  • Wheel truing - $20 + parts

Standard Service - $79


A standard service provides you with the peace of mind that your brakes are functioning as they should, your gears are shifting cleanly and easily and that there are no major problems with your bike.

Should there be any additional problems with your bike that need addressing then you will be advised of any further work that needs to be undertaken or of any parts that require replacement and no parts will be replaced without your prior approval. Service charge is for labour only.

  • Brakes front and rear check, adjust and lube
  • Derailleurs front and rear check and adjust

Super Service - $129

This thorough service is recommended at least once a year for frequent cyclists and once every second year for people who ride less frequently.

Shocking!!

This service is also recommended for bikes that have not been serviced for a long time. Due to the methodical nature of this service, your bike will ride like new, as it is a complete overhaul of the bike and basically involves the stripping down of the bike to a bare frame and reassembling it using fresh lubricants and bearings where necessary. We normally recommend replacing all inner and outer cables and bearings with this service, but as before, no parts are replaced without your prior approval.

  • Complete disassembly, degrease and clean down of all components, re-assembly using high quality lubricants.
